I've finally managed to get my employer to understand that I neither live nor work in the city, so therefore don't have to pay the 3% city taxes. However, it wasn't soon enough and now I have to beg the city finance department for a refund. Pittsburgh taxes are crazy, and I hate them...

So, I just received my W-2's from my current job... and I'm totally confused. The whole time I worked there I lived in Crafton, and they are located right in the Parkway Center Mall area, in those office buildings, so they are Greentree...
